Victoria Sobrino-Sanchez, M.S., B.C.A.B.A
Mrs. Sobrino-Sanchez is the founder and president of Connecting the Puzzle, LLC.
She began her studies at Moscow State Pedagogical University in 1986 where she successfully obtained a Masters degree in Special Education and Speech-Language Pathology with a specialization in the Mentally Handicapped.  She has completed her second Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling with advanced concentration in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) from Nova Southeastern University in 2007. 

Mrs.  Sobrino-Sanchez has worked with a wide variety of individuals including young children and adults with autism spectrum disorder, dual diagnoses, mental handicaps, as well as typically developing children for over 18 years. Her extensive work experience consists of a variety of settings: developmental centers, private homes and schools. Mrs. Sobrino-Sanchez has conducted trainings for parents, paraprofessionals and teachers in behavior management. She has also consulted in the development and assessment of programs and curriculum. Mrs. Sobrino-Sanchez presented a poster at the Applied Behavior Analysis Convention in Atlanta, May 2006 and was published in the International Journal of Special Education.

Therapists
Lindsey Arcularius currently holds a bachelor’s of science degree in Exceptional Student Education and is a certified ESE teacher (K-12) for the state of Florida. She is beginning her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. She intends to use these degrees, along with her professional experience, to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Lindsey Arcularius has been working with several families who have children with Autism Spectrum Disorder for over 10 years. She is certified through the state for behavior assistance therapy and has extensive training, working with children of all ages (2 years old up to 24 years old). She is very dedicated to her families, and her client’s needs always come first. Lindsey Arcularius is a fun and compassionate person who likes to spend time with friends and family in her free time.

Antuanete Chavez is a psychologist and a mother of 3 beautiful girls.
She completed her Bachelors degree in psychology from Florida Atlantic University. She has spent the last 16 years individualizing instruction based on the specific needs of each child she has worked with. One of her greatest accomplishments was traveling to Peru to help create a center that specialized in early intervention for children with autism. Her areas of specialization include: the use of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in the education of children in the Autism Spectrum and promoting a child’s positive self-esteem among others. She is very passionate about her work and enjoys spending the time helping the children and their families.

Anisha Staton: For more than 10 years Anisha has worked with youth and young adults with many types of disabilities, including emotional/behavioral disabilities, autistic spectrum disorders, and developmental disorders. Anisha graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in psychology from FAU in 2006. She obtained experience in behavior coaching and social skills training in her undergraduate program and continues to expand her knowledge in the field via the work that she does as well as through other avenues. Anisha plans to obtain a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work and become Board Certified in ABA within the next 2-3 years.
Anisha’s past experience includes: director of social skills camps/groups; development of leadership programs in the disability community; behavior coaching; social skills training; and shadowing. She has a great deal of experience in working with families, parent coaching, developing cohesion and communication as a family unit as well as organizing positive behavior plans in homes. Anisha also has a variety of experiences in the community conducting behavior trainings for parents with young children with disabilities and foster parents in Broward County. She has facilitated and assisted in trainings for educational staff nationally and has taught classroom management techniques in many different education and enrichment curriculums. Anisha is a certified wrap-around facilitator, certified to use the Children’s Functional Assessment Rating Scale (CFARS), she has her professional crisis management certification (PCM), and has completed a number of training hours in developmental psychopathology approach to childhood sexual abuse, wrap-around module, child welfare and dependency system and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Anisha is fun, compassionate, is always eager for a challenge and utilizes many creative techniques when working with children.

Adele Villalon is a teacher and a proud mother of 2 beautiful girls. She completed her Associates Degree and is in the process of completing her Bachelors degree in education. She spent the last 15 years as a pre-school teacher and specializes in instruction to children with autism. She is very organized and pays great attention to detail. With her extensive experience as a teacher she has learned how to adjust her teaching methods to reach each individual child. She has been a certified lifeguard, swim instructor and has taught dance classes for the last 10 years. She incorporates these techniques as part of her therapy. She is passionate about helping kids learn and grow, both academically and physically.

Business Manager

Mary Garcia studied at Sullivan and Cogliano Training Center where she earned certification as a Medical Office Assistant. The training included medical coding for insurance claims purposes, medical terminology for transcribing medical records, and training on the Microsoft suite.
For more than a decade Mary was employed at a major health insurance company gaining extensive experience with medical insurance processes. These processes included the preparation of medical record files for claims examiners, accounts payable for the medical record providers, and phone communication with doctor offices.
Ms. Garcia also has experience managing an office, including the opening and closing of the facility, greeting customers, signing up new customers, and training new team members. In this role she was provided with the opportunity to engage with clients to create relationships using her innate customer service aptitude. Ms. Garcia has also been employed as caregiver of children with autism and found this experience extremely rewarding.
